About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create several pieces of short-form content per week for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and YouTube demos/tutorials
Ideate, make, and edit content independently
Own launch content for new features, including demos, tutorials, before/afters, and hype clips
Create Neural Frames content responding to new AI video model releases, viral formats, and AI video discourse
Test hooks and formats, monitor performance numbers, and scale what works
Feed content insights directly back into the product
Work directly with the founder and product-building team
Produce AI videos using Neural Frames and the wider AI video ecosystem

Requirements

What you’ll need

Already make AI content; portfolio and social accounts matter more than CV
Fluent with AI creative tools, including video models such as Kling, Veo, Runway, and Sora
Experience with image models and AI music tools such as Suno and Udio
Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, pacing, captions, and sound
Fast, self-directed, and high-output
Based in Berlin or ready to relocate there
Editing or motion design skills are advantageous, including CapCut, After Effects, Premiere, or DaVinci
Music video background is advantageous: directing, editing, VJing, or shooting for artists
Making music personally is advantageous
Experience growing a personal social account is advantageous
Submit links to 2–3 created works or a portfolio and social handles
