About the role
- As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will actively shape the future of German public administration
- You independently develop innovative products from the initial idea to the final release
- Close collaboration with municipalities to continuously improve the product
- Own the design of the system architecture and the technical vision
- Develop scalable solutions for complex administrative processes
- Build efficient ETL pipelines for the seamless integration of various government systems
- Design and implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
- Build APIs with robust authentication and validation
- Develop scalable cloud infrastructures with a strong focus on security
- Design database schemas for efficient information processing
- Create intuitive, cleanly designed user interfaces
- Develop user-friendly features with a focus on optimal user experience
- Continuously improve the product based on user feedback
- Monitor performance and enhance the system architecture
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in full stack development of complex systems
- Proven track record in independent product development
- Deep understanding of modern software architecture and best practices
- Experience with AI-native applications and distributed systems
- Passion for clean code and sustainable architectural decisions
- Self-initiative and the ability to realize a technical vision
