Key responsibilities & impact

support strategic software platform implementation, process re-engineering and vendor application integrations
manage complex, cross-functional workstreams
partner with business and technology stakeholders
lead end-to-end project delivery
act as primary liaison between NB and external vendors
drive front-to-back operating model transformation
perform data analysis and support data conversion strategy
map current-state processes and systems to future-state solutions
manage project planning, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
provide regular status reporting to stakeholders
oversee testing strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of project/program management experience
4 years focused on financial services transformation initiatives
experience in software or vendor implementation projects
strong knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
exceptional stakeholder management skills
bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Technology, or a related field
PMP or Agile (SAFe, Scrum Master) certification preferred
proficiency in SQL, experience with Snowflake, Visual Studio, Claude CoPilot, and Python preferred
