About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be responsible for optimizing the websites and online shops of medium-sized e-commerce clients with annual revenues between €10–100 million
- You will conduct extensive qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify weaknesses and purchasing barriers
- From these insights you will develop hypotheses and run A/B tests — from mockups through to test analysis
- As a consultant you will manage your clients independently and maintain direct contact with CEOs and heads of marketing
- You will work with tools such as Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, Google Tag Manager, Google Looker Studio, Hotjar/Mouseflow, content management and e-commerce systems like Shopify, Shopware, Magento, and JTL
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have completed vocational training or a degree in marketing, business administration, economics, or business informatics and/or already have several months of practical experience in CRO or performance marketing
- You place a high value on quality and customer orientation
- Numerical literacy: you possess strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You are familiar with the terms buyer persona, funnel, conversion rate and copywriting
- Consulting: you are articulate, can uncover bottlenecks through questioning and can convincingly argue your recommendations
- Growth mindset: you are curious, intrinsically motivated and see challenges as opportunities for personal growth
- An eye for detail, a good sense for user experience, and strong German and English language skills round off your profile.
