About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Plan, design and implement comprehensive content strategies with a clear focus on websites, brand presence and the entire customer journey
Support website relaunches from a content perspective, from analyzing existing content to creating, optimizing and maintaining new content
Develop content ideas that deliver well-considered concepts and storytelling
Independently produce content and adapt it for target audiences with an SEO- and UX-oriented approach
Work closely with the team, clients and partners as the strategic point of contact for content-related questions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed vocational qualification or degree in marketing, communications, or a media-related field
Experience developing comprehensive content strategies, ideally across channels, with a clear focus on goals, target audiences and the customer journey
Proven experience supporting website relaunches from a content perspective
Experience in the strategic management of social media channels and confidence using common tools for planning, publishing and analyzing content
Strong German language skills (at least C1) and solid written and spoken English
Independent, structured and goal-oriented working style
Clear, appreciative communication within the team and with clients
