About the role

  • End-to-end management of web projects – from initial consultation through design and implementation phases to successful go-live
  • Main point of contact for our clients throughout the entire project lifecycle
  • Project planning and coordination (scheduling, capacity planning, briefings, coordination with development & external partners)
  • Conducting design and website presentations, including managing revision rounds until approval
  • Conceptual and strategic consulting on site structure, content and ongoing website development
  • Creation and maintenance of website content in the NETZCOCKTAIL system (CMS), with attention to structure, user guidance and project goals
  • Ensuring budget adherence, quality and client satisfaction as well as reporting
  • Executing go-lives, providing system training and project-related further development

Requirements

  • University entrance qualification (Abitur), technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or an equivalent qualification
  • Strong affinity for web, communication, media and marketing
  • Enthusiasm for modern technologies, digital working methods and web design
  • Strong communication skills, confident appearance and customer- and goal-oriented approach
  • Structured working style and a high degree of self-organization
  • Desirable but not required: first experience in managing digital projects, ideally in a web, agency or IT environment
  • Technical understanding of CMS platforms, hosting, domains and basic web structures
