Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with business users to recommend and develop automation solutions
Design solutions that meet the requirements of business requests while upholding standards
Prepare and update business specifications, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation
Accurately translate between highly technical specifications and non-technical requirements
Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases
Provide end user support and training of robotic process automation
Keep current with technological advancements in robotic process automation and generative AI

Requirements

What you’ll need

Requires BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development, systems design, technical analyst, or similar discipline required
Proficiency using UI Path and/or working in data warehousing practices, systems and technologies
Experience working on and leading teams leveraging lean, scrum, or object-oriented methodologies
General understanding of Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CI/CD)
Familiarity with automated testing
Knowledge of healthcare data structures such as HL7 FHIR, CCD, HIPAA X12
