About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with business users to recommend and develop automation solutions
  • Design solutions that meet the requirements of business requests while upholding standards
  • Prepare and update business specifications, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Accurately translate between highly technical specifications and non-technical requirements
  • Define and coordinate the execution of testing procedures and develop test cases
  • Provide end user support and training of robotic process automation
  • Keep current with technological advancements in robotic process automation and generative AI

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires BS in Computer Science, Business, or related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in development, systems design, technical analyst, or similar discipline required
  • Proficiency using UI Path and/or working in data warehousing practices, systems and technologies
  • Experience working on and leading teams leveraging lean, scrum, or object-oriented methodologies
  • General understanding of Continuous Development and Continuous Integration (CI/CD)
  • Familiarity with automated testing
  • Knowledge of healthcare data structures such as HL7 FHIR, CCD, HIPAA X12
