Position Description: NETSEA Technologies is seeking to fill multiple System Engineer positions in anticipation of a contract award. These roles offer exciting opportunities to contribute to mission-critical projects across various departments. Responsibilities: Support the full systems engineering lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, integration, testing, and sustainment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and refine system architectures and specifications. Interface with Army stakeholders to ensure systems meet operational and mission requirements. Conduct trade studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations. Prepare technical documentation, including system design descriptions, interface control documents, and test plans. Participate in configuration management and change control processes. Be responsible for engineering design, development, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance. Provide technical support in equipment labs. Support technology insertion testing relative to emerging requirements and capabilities. Location : Schofield Barracks, HI Hours : Normal business hours Monday - Friday Travel: This position involves approximately 25% travel. Provide technical expertise at field locations as needed. Minimum Qualifications: BS in Engineering (Preferred), Testing, or a related field. A minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of related tactical system engineering experience. Alternatively, BS may be substituted with an additional 7 years of related experience performing tactical system engineering functions. Experience supporting DoD or Army systems engineering efforts. Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and lifecycle processes (e.g., INCOSE, DoD 5000). Proficiency in tools used for modeling and requirements management platforms. Excellent communication and technical writing skills. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field. Relevant certifications (e.g., INCOSE CSEP, PMP, ITIL). Experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE). Familiarity with Army acquisition processes and technical standards. Additional Information: Candidates may be placed in roles that align with their expertise and organizational needs. Positions are contingent upon contract award.
