About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Administer endpoints using Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager and Group Policy Objects (GPO)
  • Manage and administer Active Directory services, including user access control and account management
  • Ensure adherence to device compliance policies
  • Introduce data security controls along with endpoint defense solutions (EDR/AV)
  • Implement and support secure remote access including VPN and Zero Trust models
  • Provide L2/L3 support for Windows systems, corporate servers network and enterprise applications
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to Windows 10/11 platforms and virtual desktops
  • Support and administer Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive
  • Maintain accurate and timely server and asset inventory records.
  • Ensure Windows systems, servers, and business-critical software remain healthy, secure and operational.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and supporting on-premises infrastructure, windows server environments, and enterprise end-user computing platforms.
  • Strong expertise in desktop engineering, Mobile Device Management (MDM), and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory administration, user lifecycle management, and access control principles.
  • Experience with endpoint management tools such as Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Manager, and Group Policy Objects (GPO).
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, virtual machines, and related infrastructure issues.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security controls, encryption technologies, VPN, and Zero Trust access models.
  • Good understanding of patch management, system hardening, asset management, and IT service management processes.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, vendors, and auditors.
