About the role

  • You keep our web projects running and our clients happy.
  • You act as the interface between our clients, the technical team and the content team.
  • You ensure that online presences not only look great but also function flawlessly from a technical standpoint.
  • You analyze errors, maintain content and are the first point of contact when issues arise.
  • You help build websites in various systems (WordPress, Typo3, FirstSpirit etc.).
  • You adjust templates using HTML5 and CSS3 to ensure a clean presentation.
  • You classify and process requests in the ticketing system and are the friendly voice on the phone.
  • You thoroughly test applications and document bugs meticulously.

Requirements

  • You are proficient in HTML5 and CSS3 and have experience with common content management systems.
  • You find errors faster than others and document them clearly.
  • You are empathetic, service-oriented and keep your sense of humor even during busy periods.
  • You work carefully, love checklists and have an eye for quality.
  • Your German is excellent (for customer communication) and your English is good enough for technical documentation.
