Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and focus on comprehensive infrastructure, security, and technology strategy for clients.
Serve as the primary technical advisor for client environments.

Guide Client Solutions Architects across multiple technology domains.

Develop and maintain a deep functional knowledge of customer goals and mitigate risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

6-9 years of progressive IT experience.
3+ years in enterprise client-facing roles.
5+ years in managed service provider (MSP) environments.
Current certifications (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS, CISSP).
Expert-level proficiency in cloud architecture, security frameworks (NIST, CMMC 2.0), and emerging technologies.
Exceptional C-level relationship management skills.
Strategic thinking to translate business objectives into actionable technology roadmaps.
Outstanding communication abilities to present complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
