About the role
- You support and accompany clients in the implementation of our P40 administration system for pension funds
- You analyze pension plan regulations, identifying standard cases and complex configurations
- You identify client needs and translate them into requirements for our software solution
- You analyze changes in legal and regulatory requirements and derive the necessary adjustments for our software solution
- You conduct training sessions for our clients
- You advise clients and the product team on professional/domain-related questions
- You support the sales team with technical clarifications during the preparation of proposals
- You attend client meetings and present the software solution
Requirements
- You bring several years of professional experience in the BVG context or as a Business Analyst/Consultant related to software solutions
- You have a very good grasp of complex topics and strong technical understanding
- You consider yourself a service-oriented professional and are used to interacting with clients and partners
- You want to understand how things work and you work with precision
- Fluent, business-proficient German and English complete your profile
- Desirable qualifications:
- You have in-depth BVG domain expertise
- You have experience capturing, understanding and specifying requirements
- You have experience with data models and databases
- You are familiar with software development processes and have ideally contributed to them
- You understand how a software solution is built and operates
