About the role
- Collaborate with a team to manage and maintain workplace services such as Jamf Pro / Intune and the Microsoft 365 suite.
- Configure and ensure the optimal performance of related infrastructure.
- Automate repetitive tasks to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and work closely with the service desk to troubleshoot issues and improve overall setup.
- Provide second-level support for troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Requirements
- Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and patching Windows 10/11 and/or macOS
- Experience with endpoint management tools, preferably Intune and Jamf Pro
- Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, and hybrid identity setups
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, particularly Teams, Exchange Online, Sharepoint and OneDrive administration
- Understanding of fundamental security and networking concepts
- Strong desire and proficiency in scripting and automation
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Team spirit and work ethic
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of German is an advantage
