About the role

  • Migrate content pages into the headless content management system Contentful
  • Perform quality assurance on migrated content for completeness and functionality, and implement market-specific requirements
  • Coordinate an international team of content managers
  • Serve as the central interface between rollout managers, local markets and the content team
  • Advise clients on editing, maintenance and content inheritance
  • Provide regular reporting to rollout managers and clients
  • Support market and client trainings and provide ongoing support

Requirements

  • University degree with IT content or equivalent professional experience in an IT environment
  • At least two to three years of experience in content management, ideally in the web domain
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Independent, structured and proactive way of working
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure during challenging project phases
  • Very good command of English
