About the role

  • Act as the focal point between business areas and IT, understanding needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements
  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis and documentation with stakeholders
  • Lead process modeling and system solution design, proposing improvements and optimizations
  • Responsible for configuration, parameterization and maintenance of corporate systems (SAP, Smark, Voalle and other tools)
  • Ensure systems are aligned with business rules and operational requirements
  • Support and oversee implementations, updates, migrations and system integrations
  • Prepare and maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation
  • Work on resolution of incidents and problems of higher complexity
  • Support key users by providing guidance, tests and validations
  • Participate in strategic IT projects, contributing technical and business perspectives
  • Propose continuous improvements to processes, systems and workflows

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or related fields
  • Strong experience as a Senior Systems Analyst or in a similar position
  • Experience in requirements elicitation, process modeling and functional documentation
  • Experience configuring and parameterizing corporate systems, especially SAP
  • Knowledge of management systems (ERP, CRM or similar)
  • Ability to act in a consultative manner with business areas
  • Good communication skills, organization and analytical mindset
