Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale AI-driven workflows and automation systems
Develop integrations with systems like monitoring platforms, ticketing tools, CI/CD pipelines
Design and implement APIs, tools, and data pipelines for AI-driven decision-making
Collaborate with Product, SRE, and Infrastructure teams
Troubleshoot and optimize production systems
Contribute to reusable frameworks and engineering best practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of software engineering experience
strong focus on full-stack web development
Expert in TypeScript and React
Production experience with Next.js
Hands-on experience with LLMs
Experience with Vercel AI SDK
Strong backend fundamentals (Node.js or Python)
Solid database design (PostgreSQL, Drizzle ORM)
Experience building scalable, distributed systems in cloud environments
Working knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes
Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Radix UI
High agency and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
