About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions, primarily supporting Service Cloud features such as Console, Case Management, Omnichannel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
- Write and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to support business requirements.
- Assist in developing Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, or other integration tools.
- Build and maintain Salesforce configuration including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, and permissions.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA engineers, and senior developers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and follow established Salesforce development best practices and coding standards.
- Support release management and deployment activities using CI/CD or deployment tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, bugs, and defects during development and testing phases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Service Cloud.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce configuration including Flows, custom objects, fields, validation rules, and security model.
- Experience working with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) or supporting system integrations.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and Salesforce deployment processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile development environment.
