About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment.
Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging flow and Salesforce Platform Capabilities.
Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineers to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset.
Partner with Product Management teams to help define our Product Roadmap of with Salesforce capabilities in mind.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
Salesforce.com Admin (Admin II, and Platform App Builder required) certified.
Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
Expertise in the ability to build custom apps, objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
Expertise of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality.
Expert data management abilities
A strong demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environments.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
Expert understanding of Salesforce Limits and capabilities.
Knowledge of basic GIT commands and Experience in the use of GIT based version control (GitHub)
