Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and develop trusted relationships with sales/engineering teams
Manage end-to-end & timely delivery of global RFP/RFI/RFQ
Manage pricing process and consolidate resource loading
Translate proposals into Statements of Work
Manage proposal timelines and ensure all teams are represented
Drive pre-kick-off meetings
Create, review, consolidate & submit proposals
Support delivery of presentations & demos
Track win/loss and conduct analysis

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of overall professional work experience
Good verbal and written communication skills
Team player
Proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Detailed experience in the Software Services Industry
Strong project, process management and reporting skills
Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of Commercial constructs and risk/cost mitigation
