About the role

  • Monitoring of System Calls / Error Messages via Dynatrace / Speak Monitoring
  • Configuration of the system in the Openshift cloud environment
  • Deployment of new releases and patches
  • Automation of test executions using tools
  • Evaluation of error response and derivation of improvement measures
  • Installation and maintenance of software and hardware for test environments
  • Execution of security tests
  • Debugging and log analysis to identify and resolve issues
  • Assist the support team with defect analysis and classification
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve document templates and style sheets (e.g., using Doxee Template/Business Designer)
  • Prepare, transform, and validate structured data (XML/JSON) and perform data manipulation
  • Implement and adapt XSLT/XSL-FO and HTML-based output formats
  • Develop scripts and automation for recurring tasks in the document and data workflow
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, support requirements engineering, and contribute to project management (e.g., Confluence/Jira)
  • Create professional documents and support the team in day-to-day business (MS Office).

Requirements

  • +2 years of relevant working experience
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (conditions, loops, variables, and functions)
  • Experience with CI/CD, Pipelines
  • Ability to work with scripts and perform general programming tasks
  • Experience with XML files and data manipulation
  • Experience and/or training in XSLT/XSL-FO, HTML, XML, JSON
  • Document formatting and experience with creating professional-looking documents (including with tools like Doxee Template/Business Designer)
  • Accuracy and strong communication skills
  • Willing to work in multinational teams
  • Good English skills, German is a plus
