About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitoring of System Calls / Error Messages via Dynatrace / Speak Monitoring
Configuration of the system in the Openshift cloud environment
Deployment of new releases and patches
Automation of test executions using tools
Evaluation of error response and derivation of improvement measures
Installation and maintenance of software and hardware for test environments
Execution of security tests
Debugging and log analysis to identify and resolve issues
Assist the support team with defect analysis and classification
Create, maintain, and continuously improve document templates and style sheets (e.g., using Doxee Template/Business Designer)
Prepare, transform, and validate structured data (XML/JSON) and perform data manipulation
Implement and adapt XSLT/XSL-FO and HTML-based output formats
Develop scripts and automation for recurring tasks in the document and data workflow
Collaborate with stakeholders, support requirements engineering, and contribute to project management (e.g., Confluence/Jira)
Create professional documents and support the team in day-to-day business (MS Office).

Requirements

What you’ll need

+2 years of relevant working experience
Basic understanding of programming concepts (conditions, loops, variables, and functions)
Experience with CI/CD, Pipelines
Ability to work with scripts and perform general programming tasks
Experience with XML files and data manipulation
Experience and/or training in XSLT/XSL-FO, HTML, XML, JSON
Document formatting and experience with creating professional-looking documents (including with tools like Doxee Template/Business Designer)
Accuracy and strong communication skills
Willing to work in multinational teams
Good English skills, German is a plus
