About the role
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the FAST insurance product.
- Lead test strategy and execution of complex test scenarios.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver defect-free releases across web, mobile, and API layers.
- Execute end-to-end testing across insurance processes such as policy issuance, endorsements, renewals, claims, and payments & integrations.
- Perform automation and API testing with tools like Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts.
Requirements
- 10-12 years in Software Quality Assurance
- Insurance domain exposure preferred
- Strong experience in manual and automation testing
- Hands-on experience with: Test automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
- API testing (Postman, REST Assured)
- SQL for data validation
- Experience testing web-based and API-driven applications
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Solid understanding of insurance domain concepts
- Experience testing insurance products or platforms is highly preferred
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance considerations is a plus
