- Analyze and reverse engineer existing applications, focusing on Appian applications
- Create comprehensive As-Is documentation, including business process flows
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
- Analyze gathered requirements and current-state insights
- Collaborate with architects and development teams
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and test scenarios
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in reverse engineering enterprise applications
- Hands-on exposure to Appian platform (process models, SAIL interfaces, rules)
- Expertise in: Business process modeling (BPMN, UML)
- Requirements documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories)
- Data analysis and mapping
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
