About the role
- Own the full UX/UI lifecycle: discovery, research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, high-fidelity design, validation, and iteration.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive interaction models and structured user flows.
- Lead design QA and ensure fidelity between concept and production.
- Drive clarity across cross-functional teams in ambiguous or evolving environments.
- Design scalable, component-based UI systems aligned with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Next.js).
- Maintain and evolve design systems, guidelines, and reusable interaction patterns.
- Collaborate deeply with frontend engineers to ensure accurate and efficient design-to-code translation and efficient pipelines.
- Apply accessibility standards (WCAG, EAA), responsive principles, and performance-conscious design thinking.
- Drive product discovery initiatives: stakeholder workshops, user interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
- Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research into clear strategic direction.
- Align experience strategy with business objectives, KPIs, and product roadmaps.
- Identify opportunity spaces that create both user and commercial value.
- Embed evidence-based design decision-making into the team culture.
- Advocate for user-centered thinking across design, product, and engineering.
- Mentor junior designers and elevate craft standards.
- Contribute to structured design processes and best practices.
- Foster a culture of experimentation, feedback, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within enterprise or B2B environments.
- Demonstrated experience balancing strategic UX leadership with hands-on execution.
- Strong expertise in component-based UI design and scalable design systems.
- Advanced user research skills: interviews, surveys, usability testing, persona creation, journey mapping.
- Ability to translate business and product goals into measurable design outcomes.
- Working knowledge of frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, Angular) and engineering collaboration workflows.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, Storybook, and structured design handoff processes.
- Strong command of visual hierarchy, typography, layout systems, motion, and interaction principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to influence stakeholders at multiple levels.
