About the role

  • contributing to the automation testing scope of projects
  • scripting and executing each user cases in accordance with the requirements
  • running manual tests when required

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience in QA Automation and Manual Testing
  • significant experience in testing medium to large-size projects
  • comprehensive testing experience across back-end data processing
  • User Interfaces (UI)
  • Web-based applications
  • expertise in building robust, scalable automation frameworks using tools like Tosca
  • strong knowledge of SAP business processes and modules with 3–6 years of experience in SAP testing
  • data validation through SAP tables
  • familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and associated tools
  • proficient in designing, developing, documenting, and executing data quality checks
  • skilled in preparing and maintaining complex data sets required for testing logic, error handling, and system workflows for automation
  • good working knowledge of database/SQL queries
  • ability to estimate automated testing effort levels accurately for projects and tasks within an Agile environment
  • apply both manual and automated testing approaches to ensure robust and risk-based test coverage across all layers of the application
  • develop, execute, and maintain Tosca automation suites while supplementing with manual exploratory, regression, and UAT support where required
  • create detailed, creative test cases and scenarios that account for business rules, exceptions, and edge cases
  • collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • actively support both Agile and Waterfall development methods and best practices
  • using JIRA to track defects and tasks
