Drive growth of existing priority accounts (Champion/Attack), deliver > $7M in New Bookings and New Revenue yearly
Ensure account backlog and renewals are managed and support 3-year aspiration to make account a top-10 for the firm
Build and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships as trusted point of contact for services-related matters
Maintain and grow a portfolio up to $20M and own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services to existing clients
Work closely with clients to understand business objectives and engineering challenges and translate into proposals
Partner with consulting and engineering teams to develop solutions aligned with industry best practices
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and delivery teams
Identify and mitigate project risks and proactively address issues impacting timelines or quality
Maintain open communication with clients, provide regular updates on progress, issues, and resolutions
Serve as client advocate within Ness Digital Engineering and ensure client needs are met
Monitor project quality and adherence to best practices
Requirements
Self-motivated and experienced Key Account Manager
IT Services Selling experience
Experience and track record in growth through Radiation (Growth beyond current stakeholders & divisions) in existing accounts – product engineering is best
Prior experience growing Named Accounts (not new logos) by minimum $6m+ new booking
Experience co-owning and driving both $1M+ Proposal and SOW builds (can’t delegate)
