About the role
- Collaborate with architects, product management, and engineering teams to create solutions
- Own progress of the product through the development life cycle
- Provide regular updates to US development managers
- Act as the primary point of contact for all team-related matters
- Foster a culture of growth and improvement within the offshore team
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in product Engineering organizations
- Strong knowledge of Java FS / .Net FS technology stack
- Experience with relational databases, AWS cloud, SaaS
- Knowledge of design and architectural patterns and frameworks
- Proficient in Agile principles, SCRUM, SAFe, V-model
- Excellent critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving skills
- Proficient in backlog management, sprint planning, risk identification, KPI monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
