About the role

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations
  • Configure and support core FICO modules: GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, COPA, Product Costing
  • Conduct workshops with business users to capture functional requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration
  • Prepare test scripts, conduct SIT/UAT, and ensure proper documentation for functional areas
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users
  • Work with business leaders, finance controllers, and IT teams to ensure solution alignment

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP FICO
  • At least 2 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations
  • Strong hands-on configuration knowledge in: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Controlling (CCA, PCA, IO, COPA), Product Costing & Material Ledger
  • Excellent understanding of S/4HANA table structures, Fiori apps, data migration (LTMC/LSMW), and financial closing processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead junior consultants
  • Strong documentation and presentation abilities
Benefits
