About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the end-to-end execution of automated email and push campaigns that drive engagement across our customer lifecycle
Build and launch complex campaigns, sharpen team's processes, and ensure marketing technology stack runs efficiently
Responsible for campaign builds, workflow automation, audience segmentation, and CRM platform administration
Work closely with CRM strategists to translate campaign ideas into flawless execution: design technical architecture, set targeting logic, and implement personalization at scale
Become the go-to resource for CRM tooling and platform capabilities
Develop, document, and enforce best practices and workflows for CRM operations
Maintain and continuously refine QA processes to ensure campaigns launch accurately, on time, and in compliance with data privacy requirements
Build and maintain automated alerting systems to detect and respond to campaign issues quickly
Collaborate cross-functionally with CRM strategy, Analytics, Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to ensure campaigns are technically feasible, properly instrumented, and delivered on schedule

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive hands-on experience with at least one major email service provider, ideally Iterable or Braze
Strong experience implementing personalization logic using user attributes, behavioral data, and catalog data, including templating languages such as Handlebars, Liquid, or AMPscript
Solid understanding of data structures and segmentation logic
Proficient in HTML and CSS for building and troubleshooting email templates
Familiarity with API integrations and webhooks used to connect marketing tools and data sources
Excellent problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues, data discrepancies, and campaign-related challenges
A knack for identifying inefficiencies and developing new processes, workflows, and best practices to improve operational excellence
Meticulous attention to detail is crucial for ensuring campaign accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance
Strong project management skills to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and flawless execution
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.
