About the role
- Re-engage aged leads and past clients with professionalism, empathy, and energy.
- Take a customer service–driven approach to sales—listening first, recommending second.
- Educate small business owners on lending solutions and guide them through the next steps.
- Ask the right questions to uncover needs—even if it means going beyond the script.
- Maintain a healthy, active pipeline while hitting and exceeding KPI goals.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to share wins, strategies, and insights.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage a pipeline and consistently hit KPIs/sales metrics.
- Experience re-engaging aged data, dormant clients, or past accounts.
- Strong communication skills—you can connect with business owners from every walk of life.
- Consultative sales mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling a product.
- Comfort navigating fast-paced, inside sales environments with shifting priorities.
- Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think on your feet.
- Coachability—you welcome feedback and put it into action immediately.
- Must confirm in-office participation in New York (willing to come into the office 4x/a week) or willingness to relocate to New York.
