  • Consultative sales mindset—focused on solving problems, not just selling a product.
  • Comfort navigating fast-paced, inside sales environments with shifting priorities.
  • Resilience, resourcefulness, and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Coachability—you welcome feedback and put it into action immediately.
  • Must confirm in-office participation in New York (willing to come into the office 4x/a week) or willingness to relocate to New York.
