Their main responsibilities include assessing client needs, explaining policy options, assisting with applications, and managing policy renewals. They also provide support during claims and ensure compliance with insurance laws and regulations. Additionally, they may handle sales and marketing to attract new clients.
• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to determine insurance requirements and evaluate potential risks. Recommend suitable insurance products including, but not limited to, auto, home, life, and health. Provide clear and concise explanations of policy terms, coverage limits, and premium costs. Prepare and submit insurance applications and associated documentation in accordance with established procedures. Manage and facilitate the renewal of client policies as required.
• Offer support to clients throughout the claims process and maintain ongoing customer service.
• Remain informed of current insurance products, legislation, and regulatory compliance mandates.
