About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate closely with account teams and customers
Lead the technical and solution discovery workstreams
Develop and deliver engaging presentations, demos, proof-of-values, and discovery workshops
Act as a trusted advisor to customers
Build and maintain deep subject matter expertise across Neptune’s platform
Create high quality documentation, presentations, and other resources to support sales efforts
Gather and synthesize customer feedback
Occasionally represent Neptune at marketing events

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong technical foundation
Solid background or working knowledge of SAP
Deep understanding of technology, particularly in areas such as process improvement, integrations, automation and UI/UX
Solution-oriented mindset
Compelling communication skills
Strong consultative skills and judgement
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
Proactive and results-driven
Solid understanding of Neptune’s platform or ability to quickly acquire and master this knowledge
Foundational knowledge on MEDDPPIC, value-based selling or command of the message is a bonus
