About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (South EMEA)
  • Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings
  • Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close
  • Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, Linkedin) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene
  • Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team
  • Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years as an SDR/BDR or related experience
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient
  • We measure outcomes, not dials. “Busy” ≠ productive
  • Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence
  • Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn)
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
  • Willingness to travel attend industry events on occasion
  • Fluent English is essential for this role
  • Additionally, working proficiency in at least one of the following languages is highly desirable: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
