About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Build and manage a high‑quality top‑of‑funnel for your territory (South EMEA)
- Convert signals (intent, partner intel, events, web visits) into executive‑level meetings
- Qualify those meetings into opportunities for the AE team to close
- Execute inbound and outbound sequences (Email, Phone, Linkedin) and maintain clean Salesforce hygiene
- Collaborate with AEs on account strategy and outreach; share messaging and win stories with the team
- Consistently hit weekly, monthly, and quarterly meeting/opportunity targets; contribute ideas that improve reply rates and conversion
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years as an SDR/BDR or related experience
- Self-driven, collaborative, and resilient
- We measure outcomes, not dials. “Busy” ≠ productive
- Clear, concise writing and confident phone/video presence
- Discipline with tools and process; comfortable working with a CRM and Sales Execution platform (or willingness to learn)
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel attend industry events on occasion
- Fluent English is essential for this role
- Additionally, working proficiency in at least one of the following languages is highly desirable: Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
