About the role
- Manage cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives driven by transformational change
- Design pragmatic approaches, develop implementation plans, and drive project delivery for transformational efforts
- Identify risks and dependencies, facilitate cross-functional decision-making
- Plan and deliver change management interventions to impacted stakeholders
- Support business development and internal initiatives to expand client base and enhance service offerings
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant Consulting experience
- Program & Change Management Expertise
- solid foundation in organizational change management
- experience leading transformational efforts in a global environment
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (MBA strongly preferred) in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.
