- Support the delivery of business transformation initiatives
- Coordinate across workstreams, managing risks and interdependencies

Requirements
- 3-5+ years of relevant Consulting experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid foundation in organizational change management
- Experience supporting stakeholder analysis and change impact assessment
- Strong ability to foster relationships and collaborate effectively
- Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
