About the role
- nepf, LLC is seeking a skilled Consultant with experience supporting cross-functional initiatives driven by transformational change. In this role, you will support the execution of these complex initiatives by maintaining project plans and status reporting, preparing client-ready deliverables, and keeping milestones and deliverables on track. Partnering with clients and senior team members, you will also help assess stakeholder impacts and support change and communications plans where needed. You will contribute to the development of approaches and implementation materials and assist with day-to-day project delivery that leads to tangible results for our clients. Our team is based primarily in California, but valuing the flexibility of remote work, this role is open to qualified candidates based in the continental U.S. Please note that due to our portfolio of clients, your work hours may at times be either West Coast or East Coast business hours. This position suits an individual with 2 – 4+ years of relevant Consulting experience and who is a results-oriented, go-getter with a passion for making an impact.
Requirements
- Consulting Expertise : You bring 2 – 4+ years of consulting experience in a client-facing role, with experience in complex and/or enterprise-wide programs at large companies (5,000+ employees). Educational Background : You hold a Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally in a relevant field such as business, psychology, or a related discipline. Technical Proficiency: Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams, with the ability to leverage these tools for data analysis and client presentations. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills : You possess strong analytical skills and can tackle complex client challenges with creative, well-thought-out solutions. Independent Drive and Team Collaboration : You are a self-starter who can work independently, yet you also thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, bringing energy, professionalism, and collaboration to every project. Client-Centric Mindset with Strong Interpersonal Skills : You are highly client-oriented, with a natural ability to build trust and credibility with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management and Organizational Skills : You are proactive in managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. You have a strong track record of delivering with excellence.
