Key responsibilities & impact

You redesign warehouse logistics processes: from analysis and concept design to implementation — you contribute your expertise to sustainably digitalize and improve our clients' business processes.
You take ownership: with your experience you independently lead subprojects and actively drive the further development of our SAP EWM practice.
You work closely with clients: in workshops you engage proactively, develop solutions together with the client and implement them step by step.
You think beyond individual projects: you also help shape internal initiatives — whether in innovation projects, cultural initiatives or the further development of neoimpulse.
Your contribution counts beyond client projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You hold a degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Logistics or a comparable field.
You bring at least 5 years of experience in SAP consulting — ideally in supply chain management and warehouse logistics with SAP EWM.
You confidently implement and customize warehouse processes and have practical experience with integration to SAP ERP and SAP TM.
You quickly analyze complex interdependencies and approach new requirements in a structured way.
You act on your own initiative, remain flexible and willingly take responsibility — team spirit is an integral part of your working style.
You communicate confidently and persuasively — in German as well as in English — and present yourself professionally with clients and within the team.
