About the role

  • You help us modernize and improve our clients' supply chains in the Planning and Manufacturing areas.
  • You analyze and optimize system-driven planning and manufacturing processes through joint assessments with our clients.
  • You design and implement well-considered processes with close attention to the IT perspective.
  • You identify optimization opportunities and implement innovative process solutions.
  • You collaborate closely with our internal teams to advance future-oriented supply chain solutions.
  • You engage customers during presales and actively contribute ideas to our consulting portfolio.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting or in-house consulting with a focus on planning and production/manufacturing
  • Solid expertise in at least one of the SAP modules PP or PP/DS — ideally in an S/4HANA environment
  • Ideally experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing and its integration with ERP systems
  • Basic understanding of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or related planning solutions (e.g., SAP APO DP or SNP)
  • Completed degree (e.g., industrial engineering, computer science, business administration) or an equivalent qualification
  • Consulting skills and a strong understanding of planning and production processes and related areas
  • Analytical thinking, a solution-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to be regularly present at the office in Ismaning and on client sites
  • Very good German and English skills (at least C1 level).
