- Plan and conduct UX research (qualitative and quantitative)
- Analyze user needs, goals and usage contexts
- Translate research findings into well-founded UX concepts, information architectures, user flows, wireframes and prototypes
- Own projects, proactively manage activities and work in a structured way
- Advise clients as a trusted partner
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across design, development and consulting
Requirements
- Solid experience in UX design
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Ability to work in a structured way and translate complex requirements clearly
- Independent working style
- Confident and persuasive presentation skills with clients and project teams
- Ability to justify design decisions with professional rationale
