Key responsibilities & impact

Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic initiatives
Preparation and execution of fundraising and investor-related activities
Analysis of market, competitors, and new business areas
Building and optimizing internal processes
Support in enterprise sales and partnerships
Preparation of pitches, client meetings, and strategic decision-making
Leading projects independently with end-to-end responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Excellent analytical skills
Structured, independent working style
High sense of urgency and strong execution skills
Entrepreneurial mindset
Background in, e.g., civil engineering or architecture
Very strong communication skills in German and English
0–3 years of relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy, or similar)
Bonus: Experience with AI, SaaS, or PropTech
