About the role

  • Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic topics
  • Preparation and execution of fundraising and investor-related activities
  • Analysis of market, competitors and new business areas
  • Establishment and optimization of internal processes
  • Support for enterprise sales and partnerships
  • Preparation of pitches, client meetings and strategic decisions
  • Independent project leadership with end-to-end responsibility

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Structured, independent working style
  • High speed and strong execution capability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very strong communication skills (German & English)
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy or similar)
  • Background in, for example, civil engineering or architecture
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, SaaS or PropTech
