About the role

  • Direct collaboration with the founders on strategic topics
  • Preparation and execution of fundraising and investor-related activities
  • Analysis of market trends, competitors and new business areas
  • Development and optimization of internal processes
  • Support for enterprise sales and partnerships
  • Preparation of pitches, client meetings and strategic decisions
  • Independent management of projects with end-to-end responsibility

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Structured, self-driven way of working
  • High speed of execution and strong implementation skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Very strong communication skills (German & English)
  • 0–3 years of relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy, or similar)
  • Background in, for example, civil engineering or architecture
  • Bonus: experience with AI, SaaS or PropTech
