About the role

  • Work directly with the founders on strategic matters
  • Prepare and execute fundraising and investor-related activities
  • Analyze market, competitors and new business opportunities
  • Develop and optimize internal processes
  • Support enterprise sales and partnerships
  • Prepare pitches, client meetings and materials for strategic decisions
  • Lead projects independently with end-to-end ownership

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Excellent communication skills (German & English)
  • 0–3 years relevant experience (startup, consulting, VC, tech, strategy or similar)
