About the role
- Develop and maintain a library of parametric architectural objects for 2D and 3D BIM models
- Model walls, doors, windows, floors, facades, and stairs as BIM elements
- Ensure that all architectural objects comply with global industry standards and best practices
- Automate BIM workflows using TypeScript/JavaScript scripting
- Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers to ensure seamless BIM model integration
- Apply mathematical and geometric principles to enhance object accuracy and performance
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design & BIM development
- Expertise in BIM software (Revit, Archicad, or similar)
- Experience with parametric modeling and object library creation
- Proficiency in 2D drawing generation and 3D modeling workflows
- Strong knowledge of geometry and trigonometry
- Basic proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript (or willingness to learn)
- Experience working with Autodesk Revit or other BIM software
