About the role

  • Monitor startups and manage KPIs during the program, ensuring that deliverables are completed according to the schedule and plan agreed with the client.
  • Provide support to startups in coordination with the client to facilitate and formalize communications.
  • Guide startups regarding their deliverables.
  • Prepare milestone reports for the project.
  • Record all activities performed, such as interviews, events, meetings, and other interactions.
  • Execute activities according to the project's schedule and methodology (identifying challenges, prioritizing challenges, issuing calls for proposals, promotion, startup hunting/recruitment, monitoring applications, assessing startup eligibility, conducting startup interviews, immersion sessions, contracting, following up on POCs, generating reports, organizing events, final deliverables, and Demo Day).
  • Map and develop programs to scale startup solutions.
  • Support the development of business plans.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 (four) years of proven experience supporting research, technological development, or innovation activities related to the project's scope, or possession of a master’s degree in a field compatible with the project activities.
  • Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies.
  • Experience leading open innovation programs or facilitating group work aimed at generating and developing ideas.
  • Experience with startups and pre-acceleration or acceleration programs.
  • Experience in roadmapping and business modeling.
  • Time and task management skills.
  • Knowledge of Design Thinking.
  • Ability to facilitate collaborative group activities.
