About the role
- Serve as the technical reference for Frontend, defining architecture, ensuring code quality, and delivering an outstanding user experience on the web — both mobile and desktop — using Next.js, and lead the development of our mobile application with React Native.
- Lead Technology and People, standardize processes, and ensure deliveries are ready to scale globally.
Requirements
- Strong experience (Mid/Senior) with React, Next.js, and React Native.
- Proficiency with CSS-in-JS/Tailwind, Ant Design, and other UI libraries.
- Experience building charts with Chart.js and Recharts.
- Strong background in algorithms and data structures in JavaScript (e.g., anagram check, linked-list deduplication).
- Proven experience leading small squads (people + tech).
- Practice with automated testing, Git pipelines, and continuous deployment.
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Design Systems.
- Experience integrating REST APIs.
- Proven experience with agile methodologies / Scrum.
- Technical proficiency in English for reading and writing documentation.
