About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage a team of people
- Coordinate production to meet customer requirements and the production plan

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience with management and coordination of employees
- Minimum secondary education in a technical direction
- Minimum 3 years of experience with team management in a production company
- English at minimum B2 level
- German is an advantage
- Knowledge of production processes: welding, machining, and assembly is an advantage
- Extensive know-how in production processes
- Ability to optimize processes
- Experience identifying, mitigating, and preventing production risks
- Production, personnel, and preventive maintenance planning
- Applicable knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA, and IATF 16949
- Ability to achieve set goals
- Experience with team management
- Customer-oriented approach
- Ability to solve technical problems
