Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with management and coordination of employees
  • Minimum secondary education in a technical direction
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with team management in a production company
  • English at minimum B2 level
  • German is an advantage
  • Knowledge of production processes: welding, machining, and assembly is an advantage
  • Extensive know-how in production processes
  • Ability to optimize processes
  • Experience identifying, mitigating, and preventing production risks
  • Production, personnel, and preventive maintenance planning
  • Applicable knowledge of ISO 9001, VDA, and IATF 16949
  • Ability to achieve set goals
  • Experience with team management
