About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain all relevant end user information
Utilize Online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as software updates, drivers
Perform desktop-level fixes, software installations, hardware upgrades and printer configurations
Interact with other IT teams to ensure knowledge sharing and support alignment
Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices among user groups
Maintain personal workspace and IT spaces including the server room environment
Handle server room security
PLC Implementation in Shopfloor Machines

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science related field (preferred)
Experience with Desktop Operating Systems and Applications
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Knowledge of hardware, software, LAN cable crimping & Network Monitoring
Familiarity with Active Directory and server room management
Prior experience in a similar IT support role is a plus
