About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain all relevant end user information
- Utilize Online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot and resolve issues such as software updates, drivers
- Perform desktop-level fixes, software installations, hardware upgrades and printer configurations
- Interact with other IT teams to ensure knowledge sharing and support alignment
- Ensure adherence to IT policies, procedures, and best practices among user groups
- Maintain personal workspace and IT spaces including the server room environment
- Handle server room security
- PLC Implementation in Shopfloor Machines
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science related field (preferred)
- Experience with Desktop Operating Systems and Applications
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of hardware, software, LAN cable crimping & Network Monitoring
- Familiarity with Active Directory and server room management
- Prior experience in a similar IT support role is a plus
