About the role
- You will be responsible for supporting internal and external audits;
- Prepare manual journal entries in SAP;
- Perform reconciliations of accounting balances;
- Prepare statutory filings (ECD and ECF);
- Serve as the focal point for internal and external accounting support, ensuring compliance and accuracy of financial information;
- Prepare documentation and provide support for internal and external audits;
- Prepare manual accounting entries in SAP, ensuring compliance and accuracy;
- Perform periodic account reconciliations using corporate tools;
- Prepare and submit statutory filings, including ECD and ECF, within legal deadlines;
- Act as the primary contact for resolving internal and external accounting queries;
- Ensure correct classification and recording of accounting transactions;
- Monitor and ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal policies;
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes;
- Analyze and validate financial information for management and tax reporting;
- Contribute to improvements in accounting processes and systems used.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis);
- Advanced Excel;
- Experience with SAP (FI and CO modules);
- Experience with external audit is a plus;
- English language skills are a plus.
