About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Processing Orders using software system/pick ticket to pull items to fulfill customer’s order
- Properly packing items for shipment or staging for Production assembly
- Ensuring order accuracy with thorough paperwork and product review prior to each order shipment
- Identifying shipping method and following required procedures to ensure product is quality checked, packed and labeled appropriately
- Receiving incoming products/off-loading truck deliveries
- Notifying management to resolve inventory discrepancies and damaged products
- Transporting materials throughout the warehouse using hand truck, forklift, or other equipment
- Participating in inventory cycle counts
- Performing routine housekeeping and maintenance duties
- Restocking and rotating product
- Adhering to safety standards, immediately correcting or reporting unsafe conditions
- Other duties as needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Ability to lift, lower and slide 50-70 pounds
- Ability to use small hand tools
- High-reach forklift experience a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Basic computer literacy with keyboard skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
- 2+ years of Warehouse, Shipping and Safety experience required
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems, including use of scanners, required
