About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for managing and optimizing pricing within the ERP system
Establish pricing guardrails for the sales team
Ensure pricing integrity
Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis
Develop, implement, and maintain pricing structures and guardrails
Monitor pricing compliance and identify trends in overrides or margin erosion
Partner with sales leadership to ensure pricing strategies align with company goals
Execute mass pricing updates and maintain pricing data integrity
Analyze sales, shipment, and customer data to identify trends and opportunities
Provide actionable recommendations to improve margin, inventory decisions, and sales effectiveness
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor pricing performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3 years of experience in pricing, data analysis, or ERP-driven roles
5+ years preferred
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, data manipulation)
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Prophet 21 or similar)
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred
Strong attention to detail with ability to manage large datasets
Must pass a background check and drug screen
